Kindergarten Registration for 2023-2024
If you have a child who will be 5 years old on or before December 1st, 2023 and does NOT attend Pre-K at North Collins Elementary, please complete the registration paperwork. Paperwork is available below to download or by email/mail when requested.
Before starting school, the following information should be submitted to the school:
- Completed Registration Paperwork
- Student's Health Records (including immunization records and health appraisal)
- Copy of Student's Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate
- Two Proofs of Residency within the North Collins Central School District
